How long will it take for me to receive my item?
I ship orders every Tuesday. USPS normally will deliver to the continental United States within 3 to 5 days. If you order on a Tuesday the item may ship earlier than the following Tuesday.

What do I do if I accidentally broke my earrings and I want to get them fixed?
The only charge for me to fix broken jewelry is shipping. I will fix jewelry where the wiring has come undone. I am not able to fix broken beads.
